A nice tight display by City to go in at the half up 2-0. In fact it could easily be 3 or 4 goals for us based on some classy football that showed clear intent which is so nice to see after some questionable performances. In the second half we need to keep up the tempo and not allow Blackburn back in the game as we all know their potential. I suspect there may be changes by the opposition at the halfway mark and we have to be prepared for whatever that new formation may throw at us.

Fantastic result. I genuinely can’t remember the last time we won a Championship game 5-0. Only 1 defeat in 6 now, a great turn around after a miserable Jan & Feb. Well done to Liam and the boys! I’d love to be a fly on the wall in the Blackburn dressing room, they are shocking in defence, to allow us to score 5 speaks volumes.
