We move on from the **** show against the sister botherers and it's Watford at home up next, Watford have been decent of late but we are back at FPR, so I'm going for a 3-2 win again

I think the years of Watford being our Bogey team are still hampering any confidence I have in us getting a result.

However, suspect we will bounce back 1-0 victory. 89th minute goal.

    2-0 win, keep trucking along.
Glad to hear Burnsy not as serious as first thought. We miss him.

I prefer Jackson out wide, Hutch centre, and Clarke at RB. Oddly Hutch.plays better coming off the bench.

I think we miss Burns big time, all our other forward players are probably technically better however, they are probably more luxury players who can often make something out of nothing but some games go missing or are quiet, the difference with Burns is even if he's having a bad game he works the full back. Certainly an area we need to strengthen, although I actually think Clarke could play in that position and would prefer him over Jackson there. If Jackson is able to get in our team it shows you our strength in depth is very limited.

Agree that Hutchinson hasn't played quite as well recently but has looked better when playing central, perhaps against more compact low block teams.

Hutch has looked bad because he played left on. Monday, and has had Tuanzebe behind him, who doesn't overlap and take a defender with him to give Omari the space to work. Today I felt that he wanted to be the hero and get a goal, he made selfish decisions and wanted to go for goal every time.

I hope Taylor starts, Mass has looked off it for a couple of games now.

Yeah, we are missing Burns. Plays more off the shoulder of the full back and prefers the ball played in space for him to run onto. We missed that element of our game against Norwich. Hutchinson prefers to have ball at feet and run at the full backs, which can also work just as well. I think Hutchinson’s most consistent and best performances happen in that number 10 role.

As for predictions, we at least get an extra day’s rest on Leeds and Leicester. We’ll know how they did going into the match on Wednesday too.

This is going to be a nervy one. 3-1 win for Town. Watford don’t really have anything to play for, looking at the league table. And this team have a strong record of bouncing back emphatically after losing a match.

I think Omari's best when playing with Clarke on the right. Both Burns and Hutch benefit from his overlaps. Tuanzebe just doesn't do that enough and the effectiveness of our wingers suffers. Clarke's passes are also more accurate, completing through balls and over the top balls into space behind the full back for our wingers to pick up

Yeah, I do hope we see more of Clarke over the five-game stretch. For me, he should be starting over Tuanzebe - who is a solid centre-back, but just isn’t as convincing going forward at right back.

I was surprised that a few days ago KM said Ali had earned his trust, and then starts with a clearly unfit Moore. Who got bullied by 2 big FBs. He was invisible.
Hasnt Ali earned the right to start? And agree that Taylor kicks off and rest Mass who has looked off it.

Hladky and Woolfy aren’t getting dropped at this stage of the season, but other than that a shake up is needed. That right wing is a problem. I’d probably go for Clarke in front of Tuanzebe - or Sarmiento, Broadhead or Chaplin. We’re no threat down that side at the moment.

Yeah, can't see Hladky being dropped for Walton at this stage. I am getting annoyed at Vas' punch clearances though, they don't have distance and generally fall at the wrong person's feet and put us under pressure again. Struggling to understand why he can't just bloody catch the ball!

Nah, the team is too well drilled to be switching to 4-4-2. The system isn't the problem, we were just doing everything far too slowly yesterday to cause Norwich any issues.
