That was a good set piece but Seri’s attempt was really poor. Need to hit the target in those situations, even if it takes a deflection.

 

Why do all our players seem to be slipping when in their box??

 

Still crazy seris only goal for us was on debut as a 93rd minute winner lol.

 

Just been thinking the same. It's at both ends. Hopefully it doesn't cost us.

 

I think Jacob has been quietly pretty good driving us forward too. Slater been pretty quiet imo but expected out of position

 

Needs more deflections..

 

We really need to keep pushing now, need a few more goals to help our GD

 

Interesting possession stat just came up - Cardiff 33% City 68%

 

For a player with such good technical ability and reading of the game, it’s remarkable how poor he is at striking the ball. Even the goal against Bristol City was deflected. I know he’s a holding midfielder but ****ing hell, he probably has the worst shooting technique in the starting XI today barring Allsop.

 

Allsopp too casual

 

I have several friends who are Fulham fans. I told one of them yesterday Seri scored on his debut and he asked, has he scored since? He wasn't surprised when I said no.

 

Allsop is a liability

 

I think with Seri its often the case that he doesn't want/hadn't planned to shoot as his instinct is always to pass so he's never quite set right.

 

If we keep playing like we have in the past ten minutes when attacking we'll get something out of this. Even if we don't, there'll be no complaints from me for the performance - but we have to keep that sort of attacking up. If we start getting too casual however, like the preceding 20 minutes then we can probably assume how it'll end up playing out.

 

Slater should be flashing that across goal all day there.
