    That's a 400g rib eye. I'd say 16 minutes at 200 turning once.

    That's rare, and actually warm all the way through.

    Completely hit and miss guesswork though.

    You are a better cook than I ever will be, but sorry mate that just looks dry to me. Think I'd have preferred to have seen one of the earlier cuts, rather than the tail end of it. Normally I like your stuff and am often impressed, probably needed your normal servings of sauce. <whistle>
