All of those things has contributed to 19 losses and getting totally dicked on our home turf.

Gelhardt was and is ****e. Ekwah did not get in the team till April. Was not signed to be an Evans replacement for that season

The style of play without a striker was developed after a terrible period after January. Where we won 1 and lost 5 in 9

Simms Ross and Evans became unavailable, we were automatic was on. They thought na let’s not replace them to push on.

 

It hasn't helped, nor has changing the manager 3 times. The FA Cup draw helped derail things too as there is a lot of bad feeling towards the club from the sections of the fanbase - most of it unjustified.

It's been a **** show of a season and proof of how badly things can go when mistakes are made. Hopefully we can pick up a couple of home wins to send us into the summer feeling better about the club.

 

You said they did nothing to try and get promoted, Amad signing in the summer along with Clarke and Ballard were moves to help us get promoted. Gelhardt was not ****, please watch last seasons games back and understand how crucial he was. Ekwah was great at the back end of last season, a big reason why we got to the playoffs. Automatic promotion was not on at any point last season?

 

Speakman was sat next to our coach showing moral support while people like you were throwing personal abuse so we all have our part to play in this instability.

 

I'm sorry but do people honestly think Speakman is driving this policy of buying cheap French players and hoping they will develop. It's clearly KLD's vision and he is pushing for us to have the youngest team in England. Foreign unknown players are going to be cheapest option and potentially have the biggest profit margin. And when we have this policy, is speakman picking the players? Is that not the job of the head scout and scouts across world? Speakman sets the strategy, coaching culture and hires and fires but he's still an employee and can only work within parameters set by owners. If he had more money and scope do you not think they would look at better, more established players. Pinning all this on Speakman is mental

If it's all KLD's policy then it's up to Speakman to be honest with him about the likely results of that policy.

If he's just mindlessly doing what he's told, then what's the point of him? This model relies entirely on honesty, good communications and everyone buying into it.

Its not all KLD's policy. Its not all Speakman. Its not all Dodds and Proctor. Its not all Beale. Its not all the injuries. Its not all the lack of No. 9. Its not all the fans wetting their pants. It's not all Amad not coming back. It's not all the signs in the bar. It's not all Sartori wanting to sell his shares. It's not all Ekwah being soft.

This season has gone this way due to a combination of factors some of which are the fault of club employees and some of which are just coincidence. But people like simple answers to problems so this forum has become **** while people thrash around looking for a scapegoat(s).

How did they write it off when we IMPROVED in the second half of the season? Read what you are saying man. Most money ever spent by a club within 2 years of being promoted from league one. Thats not writing anything off.
