I suppose a point is more realistic but the Swans only have pride and a bit of extra cash to play for so hopefully they're mentally on the beach. No disrespect intended Taff.

I have a soft spot for Swansea too...and especially for Taffvalerowdy...

GWR are currently screwed between Baaaadiff and Swansea - no trains west - and no alternative travel options . I hate Wales.

 

We need to go out for the win and not a mustn’t lose mentality. Can’t see Marti letting that happen.
Looking for a solid defensive performance today. Looks like the swans like a lot of possession so we’ll need to keep the pressure on them to take the ball.
Be nice to see our strikers make a scoring difference today. Changes? I wouldn’t be averse to Smyth starting over Willock (bring him on later in the game); hope Hayden is recovered and fit or it will likely be Colback in; Dykes for Frey with Armstrong on at 55/60 mins.

They aren't safe yet so doubt they'll be "on the beach". We've still won more games away than we have at Loftus Road this season. I certainly hope and think Marti will be going for another 3 points today.

 

Need to go for the win today. We can’t do sitting back and soaking it up. Really want Armstrong to start to unsettle them. Frey just isn’t cutting it but pretty sure it’ll be Dykes. Win this and we’re all set to blow Sheff Weds away next week.

 

Marti’s record is now W9 D8 L9, form that would see us solid 10th-13th over the course of a season. But with a full season and pre season I suspect he’d do a bit better, given that he wouldn’t start it with a dysfunctional and demoralised squad. Hopefully.

Swans aren’t safe yet, though they’d have to **** things up spectacularly. Everyone still has 21 points to play for.

 

I’d group up and get cabs the rest of the way. They’ll only **** up the replacement buses and not lay on enough

Is that enough? Not comfortably so I suspect.
