I have acquired a brand new combine harvester for this.

There is much to admire of our opponents tenacious spirit and if this were to be my last thread I can't think of a better team to bow out against.

However I expect to see some aggression and purpose from the off from the Saints to put right the late Boro goal.

A win for Saints would be a huge statement win. 24 hours until this huge game kicks off and I can't wait!

The last time we met in the league at Portman Road. The 4th of 5 straight wins at the start of the 2011/12 season.
When Ipswich got back to 2-3 I said to my wife "it's ok we will score again". I don't know where that came from but even at that stage in the season you could see Saints were a cut above most teams. As we left the ground one of their supporters came up to me and said "that's a good team you've got there" and he was right. That season we went to loads of away games and I never expected to lose.

Yep was there. Was living near Chelmsford then, so easy run up the A12.

Front three of Fraser, Che, and Adarma. That was the best combo during our unbeaten run.

As much as Brooks is good going forward, we've looked vulnerable in the games he's started: Bristol C, Millwall, B'ham and Sunderland.

Also Adarma is much better on the right than on the left.

As much as I'd kill for a repeat of the last time we were there, I think today's the final nail in the autos coffin.

Arma to score first. Ipswich equaliser just before half time, their second on 70 and a late late 3rd. Martin will talk some bollocks about needing to be braver in the post match presser. Happy clappers will post about how much possession we had and how much they enjoy the championship anyway.
