I was in the renowned Llandoger Trow pub in King Street Bristol this week having been away on business and who else should I meet in the sports/cheese bar but our old chum DJ. Over a game of pool at which he is incidently ,not much kop, he personally assured me he will keep the Scummers out. He is even staying in tonight with a little Chinese takeaway supper and an early night to ensure he can do the business. An SB3 exclusive.

    Enough with the Wumming, ffs!

Edit: Saying that I hope DJ does do well, but I can't see Southampton not scoring.

I'm a massive David James fan. I almost believed you - until I read the bit about the takeaway!

But even so he needs to get those defenders organised, they let him down game after game.

He did actually say he felt he had more command of his 6 yeard box whilst at Pompey to which I concurred and that he was not so self assured at City with their defensive set up.

Something about west country accents also came up.<ok>

They haven't got a defensive set up at Ashton Gate, or didn't under Millen, just 4 blokes on the pitch not sure why they were there <laugh>

Have never forgiven him for leaving us.

He is actually a very nice bloke, but with his interest in Devon ,as he put it, it made a lot of sense(farm and lust interest). I have to say he is not much of drinker either........still cant be perfect I suppose. Those cobblestones were particularly tricky outside the pub..........<laugh>

Strange that as he has been in Edinbourgh all week at a golf charity do, I had a few large milk shakes and Bells chasers with him as we shared 3rd place. He was honest enough to say he loved playing in Pompey but missed the brown envelopes when HR left. He is enjoying playing in Bristol as he said it reminded him of Pompey and a half empty ground.

Bollocks, David James was playing Badmington with myself, Sepp Blatter and Anton Ferdinand. Of which I was very much the victor, having thrased out a draw during the interval; I and Blatter decided to conclude the match with a Handshake - all in good John Terry fashion.

    You're all wrong of course.

I was in Nicosia yesterday and was drawn to a crowd of people outside a bakery.

Lo and behold, DJ was there refereeing a pie eating contest between James Beattie and Tubby Lambert.

As I understand it, the contest was still ongoing as of half an hour ago.....

Please don't get confused Ricky with a goal keeper with short curly hair and dropping the ball into his own net with David James.
It happens to lots of keepers ,
Maybe not quite as much but 2 fingers James is getting on a bit.

  16. SB3 I refute your claims. DJ was actually at a fashion shoot with Sweep, who happened to be modelling his autumn collection. DJ was on hand with warm applause and a bouquet of flowers afterwards. They were last seen in a Tequila bar together...

Michael Jackson had an Alvis Stalwart, shamone!
So he could drive on water, as well as moonwalk on it.
