I believe that martial law is supposed to end mid May. Will he hold elections then or say more martial law is required? If he says it is and it past his term would it be a dictatorship then? Then do the same questions again but on Putin

As I am “economically inactive” at the moment, I would be quite happy to have UBI but I am not sure how that would be funded in a virtually bankrupt country. We had fifteen years of free money from the Bank of England and look where it has got us. The UBI experiment in Finland did nothing to improve employment levels. The firing squad would be a better option for the slackers as they contribute nothing to the system that they want to pay them to do nothing. It would also free up loads of property that would help with the perceived housing shortage.
That's a challenge for Liz Truss and Tufton St. I'm sure they could rise to it if the Spectator and the Telegraph get their way again.

The parliament voted for it . He signed the laws to extend it. the Ukrainian constitution doesn’t allow elections during martial law
