Where do we go from here? It's down to the Leeds I fear. Ay ay ay ay ay ah. Select your top three, in order
Big disappointment today . To many not at the races . No cutting edge and lack of killer pass when attacking . Did we have a shot on target. Both Seri and Slater worked hard and was surprised to see Slater among the first to be substituted . Thought McLaughlin did okay until later in the game when we pushed for a goal and spaces appeared when they attacked . Bring on Leeds Come on City
The 100 or so lads in the North Stand and a couple in the West who did their best to lift the atmosphere, which was nigh on impossible when you have nothing in front of you to get excited about. But at a push. 1. Coyle 2. McLaughlin 3. Omur.
Coyle Omur Giles Had Omur been on longer, which he should (too good to leave out) he'd probably have been my MotM. Coyle and Giles hardly at their best but the bar was so so low.
Completely shocked with that performance today. I’m not normally so downbeat after a loss but this feels different. What has happened during the last 3 weeks? Virtually all the players, Rosenior & the coaching staff have let the supporters & Acun down with that woeful, arrogant first half effort. The home form/effort/ results are unacceptable with the players we have. Sad for Omur, Morton & Tufan having to watch that from the bench.
Next time if there is one that the players get a break in the Sun. Send them to Withernsea to train on the beach. Slater looked the best player and he gets subbed. A shocking performance. Deserved nothing!
Omur - breath of fresh air when he came on Macca - thought he had a good game seeing as he'd been on the bench so long previously - Slater - never stopped running thought Jones and Giles were poor at the back Fabio / Jaden and Anass gave the appearance that they were trying to avoid getting injured before the end of the season
