    2008 Say no more

Bradford away 2005. Packed two sides of Valley Parade and just about sealed back to back promotions with a 2-0 win

Bear with me on this next one. A game around Feb/ March 2001. Only my second season and very young but things were going pretty well on the pitch but looked very bleak off it. Those "Hull City we'll support you ever more" placards from the HDM, buckets going round, but a big crowd for the time at Boothferry, and a win. Think it was 1-0, possibly, and cand remember the opposition, maybe Orient

Arsenal 2008. Best away day ever, and Arsenal fans were actually really good after the game. Shame they turned into complete ****s after that

Beating TWS in 2006. Jon Parkin goal. Crackling atmosphere. Back to school in Leeds the next day with a spring in my step

    I better that . All 5 for me .
At Penrith you had sheep behind the goal and a small area for supporters , a very rural football experience .

Ditto. The 'barrier' between home and away fans was one of those latticed bed bases turned on its side. :emoticon-0125-mmm:

Probably was Orient , Rodney Rowe goal . Problems galore off the pitch with City in administration and there had at one point during that week the possibility the game would get moved to Blundel Park Grimsby .

Shrewsbury away about 150 went we won one or two nil , Rowe or Francis scored I think . Players went in cars and Mark Greaves was almost carried out to John Eyres dad’s car I think after the game . We were near rock bottom but a phone around on a Friday night filled my car , happened quite often and was a proper experience of backing a struggling club , wouldn’t be without it .

Hard to pick just five but...

Derby 1 City 2 1968. My second season of away games. Won without my hero Waggy who was injured.
City 3 Leicester 0 1970. I thought if we could put three past Shilton and make David Nish look ordinary we could beat anyone.
Stockport 0 City 0 FA Cup 1973. Plenty written about this. Poor game but never seen anything like that.
Brentford 0 City 2. Alcide, Brown. I think we were bottom of the entire pile before kick off but a deserved win. Great day out.
City 4 Watford 1 2008 Play offs. KC at its best that night. Ricketts...Folan...goal!!!

....Honourable mention, and hoping for same score tomorrow, for Stoke 0 City 3 2006. Myhill two penalty saves and Parkin superb goal.
