Gutting. Great lad, great family. A true MLF and one of the nicest blokes you could meet.

I never met him but I remember back in the day he was involved with ALS with Martyn McFadden. Most people knew of him.
    RIP Tom

The Football Echo letters....that's where I remember the name from.
I recognised the name but didn't know why.

Bloody hell, he can't have been that old. Spoke briefly once or twice over the years, always seemed like a good bloke. RIP.

Great lad Tom. Always had time for everyone. Sunderland daft. Great trip to Arsenal with a mate where we met up with him. He did TWR and I have every copy! I’ll donate them to the fans museum one day.

Anyone of a certain age and travelled with SAFC will know Tommy. He has followed them everywhere, I’ve yet to meet anybody who has anything else but great things to say about him.

RIP Tommy I’ll miss you being around mate.

Keep that red flag flying high mate

I'd always thought he was ten years younger than me, so about 58 now.

We've had some great laughs over the years, always good company.
