Think they got some egg on their faces, as mentioned on the link they should have made the plans clear 2 months ago, if it was done with the explanation in the link fans would have understood.

Just a small word of warning having downloaded the prices from the club website - the price goes up £10 for each month you delay.

e.g. adult in west stand costs £479 in December, £489 in January, £499 in February. It doesn't include March yet, but logically would be £509.

So if I cant afford the £1000+ for me and the wifes seats, how much do the people buying them have to pay?

I would assume the higher price of £499 a ticket

Simples!!! Great ****in policy by the board. With modern technology and history of season ticket holders and our loyalty, the people who have put the money into the club over the years should have be given the same terms every year to buy our tickets. £40,000 we took to wembley where the ****.......... Im ranting now. ANother Brandy me thinks!!!

Well the reasons why have now been given, it's going to mightily piss some people off, but what can they do ? You mention 40k fans up in Wembley , we have a 20k stadium of which 18k for the home support, we are over subscribed by 5k fans at the moment, so there are going to be people missing out, there is no way around it. I am sorry it sounds harsh and blunt but that is the reality at the moment.

Can I just also say that they can't offer the same terms every year , that would mean we can't afford the premier league.

Well at least they listened and came to a compromise - not many clubs would have done that so good on 'em! As I said in the previous thread about this - I have no problem with the price increase, it was just the timing; but I absolutely understand the reasons they are doing this.

Not having a go at fellow Swans fans, and good luck to one who ever has my seats. Im just curious how many football clubs ask for season ticket money, 6months after loyal fans have paid it, it just seems wrong to me, but, hey if you can afford it!!

Well you have until the end of march now, so it's longer than 6 months, but that's no help for you I guess , there is a finance option to take it over 10 months for you, and if you take that up it would be about £100 a month for two from about April next year when the first payment is due.
