Phillips isn't worth 40+million and we don't need him, he was never that good anyway. The last day of the season could possibly be the most exciting ending ever with four teams fighting it out for the title and runners up its that close.
There's no way we're paying what City would want, infact can't see anyone, if he fetches £15m , that would be about it, the way his forms panned out. Probably end up at Forest or Everton if either stay up. I would say Leicester have the easier run in of the 4 teams and can still see them winning it, but if they **** up at Bristol then doubt sets in and who knows. Can't believe how their fans have turned on the manager so quickly, he does seem a bit of a prick though.

The Man City charges are completely different and if proven will see them relegated. The teams that overspent was easy to see via their accounts. City haven’t been charged with overspending but by artificially inflating their income through companies connected to the owners, for example huge shirt sponsorship. Following and unravelling the money trail is what is causing the delay.
