It's coming up 9 Months since we lost our last domestic game at home, I have had a quick look at other teams and found that only Man City have a longer current unbeaten home record which is a great achievment.

The thing that suprised me is that everyone calls the Britannia stadium a fortress but when I looked at Stoke's results last season I found there best run was 5 months (which is still really good) that started in January and ended the last game of the season vs Wigan, other than that they go maybe 2 - 3 months unbeaten.

So I think we deserve some credit for our home form which no one seems to notice how good it is (apart from our fans)

  2. We've played some good teams as well -

    Man Utd 0-0
    Arsenal 0-0
    Spurs 2-2

I think we need to think about beating one of them. We have the defense to keep them out, but we should have the quality to score.

Said it a few times before and after the Everton match. Will be great if we can get through the Chelsea game unbeaten.

Heard we have only lost 2 home games under Pardew (Man City and Everton). Very impressive really considering its been almost a year.

ours may look a bit better due to a slight gap between a couple of games (a fairer comparison would be using the amount of games played)

Didnt realise it'd been so long - even more confident to nick something against Chelsea now.

Against Man U we had Shola and Lover up front and against Arsenal we had Shola and an out of form Ba, on another day we might have won the games.
