The whole club started with grandiose intention but has wandered into being Everton, with a collection of competent yet uninspiring employees. Owner, Chairman, CEO and others have repeatedly talked up the goals but the reality paints a very different picture. I’m baffled that anyone thinks Howe is the man to bring major success, glamour, ambition and ultimately trophies to this club, it’s unfathomable to me.
