But there needs to be some investment. Otherwise whats the point. Just let the club generate money and the take the profit?

Needs to be more than that has happened. Let's not pretend we are significantly positive in the net spend here.

Happy the rot has stopped and happy with the clean sheet, get some bodies back after the break, 4 points from the next 2 (hopefully) and feet up looking forward to the madness of the summer window

    keep the faith

    100%

Like I say I want an owner who spends the clubs money in the right way. And at the moment this one isn’t (I know it’s Speakman spending the cash but it’s up to KLD to have the right person in that role as well)

I think we should use it to try out one or two of our promising young players in a first team game, as soon as possible a stable back 4, would be a help and we may see it soon with a few injured players back in the fold..

Patterson won us the draw. I think we were lucky to get that if I am being honest. Some players tried hard but lacked the quality. Patterson MOTM for me

Yeah. Some money went there. Now I have to go to a game and watch that ****. Relegation fodder.

Anyway. The club wrote this season off in January. Not sure why I am arsed.

It wasn’t good but there are some small positives to take away:

    We broke the losing streak.
Jobe is a better striker than the other two, he should play there while Rusyn remains injured.
Ballard looked fine, no signs of aggravating the hamstring.
Whilst definately not great, Styles played his best game so far, looked decent in spells.

It is after 1 in the morning here and did not even get a chance to get a cold beer out of the fridge. That was poor and the squad are lacking any confidence at the minute. Thought DN gad a decent game and also thought Styles and Mundle did ok. Hjelde not so good his body positioning and distribution were poor but he was not the only one. Ref and his assistants not good either but maybe we have stopped the rot but the truth is there was no real improvements so a frustrating game to watch.

I'm not. People on here agree with you about recruitment this season but you seem to have an agenda with both KS and KLD this season. And before you start on me - I'm not happy with this season either. Get it over with, get the RIGHT head coach in that will make a difference and get the players in to help the kids and replace those players that leave

The WMS lads et al will argue that the spending is in the form of loans from KLD to the club and therefore he's loading us with debt. The fact that this is the common practice for most owners so they can determine when to write it off as equity will be completely ignored.

That was exhausting. We’re low on confidence so it was good to see us just stick at it and dig in. Rode our luck with some of their chances.

Relieved with the point and well done to the lads. Very tough time for them, given they will never have experienced anything like this bad run before.

I suggest people just completely ignore them. They intentionally look for ways to complain.

some people are just more comfortable when they’re able to moan or feel everything is against them.

That doesnt fit the new agenda

I know he has spent loads behind the scenes on the football side of things - def needs to spend more on the non football side

He put good money in to kick start a lot of our signings over the 1st few windows of being our owner- last summer they used the lihadji money (plus they knew stewart was going so that gave extra funds)

Hate when folk twist things when results on the pitch have been bad (and theyve been shockjng this season)

Nice to see a slightly more positive spin on it, personally thought it was like pulling teeth.

We don’t seem to have any kind of game plan, even with the injuries we have the lack of identity in the team is shocking.
