upload_2024-3-13_10-18-55.png v upload_2024-3-13_10-19-42.jpeg v upload_2024-3-13_10-20-25.png Next up WBA at the Hawthorns on Saturday a game that is against a side who have not lost in the last 5 games- winning away at Huddersfield 4-1 beating Coventry at home 2-1 and winning away at Plymouth 3-0 -two draws prior to that and their last loss a 2-0 home loss to Southampton.
Currently sitting 5th in the championship on 63 points they will be looking to take three more points from a Bristol City side that is struggling to score goals and find any kind of form.
Unless we see a huge improvement in form i am going for a 3-1 loss up at the Hawthorns on Saturday.

I'm hoping the result v Swansea has relieved the pressure a bit....I'd be happy with a draw

We usually do quite poor here, I remember losing 3-0 up their about three years ago, awful to watch especially Danny Simpson and his back pass, some fans were calling for NP to be sacked that time.

How ironic we won their last year under him.

In my view we played the same against both Swansea and Southampton.
The difference is how each of the opposition and their quality played against us.
One happy to sit back.......we're f***ed (almost).
One happy to attack........suits our game.

I expect WBA to come at us which I'm hoping will allow Manningball a successful outcome.

WBA are far better than Swansea -we got lucky with player of the season Rob Dickie saving us once again with a trademark header. That was as bad a game as i can remember over the last few seasons.

The point being when teams come at us we don’t have to rely on Manningball, we can revert to what we are good at, counter attacking with pace.

Reverting to Nige’s tactics works, I agree shows they were coached well, however when we use Manningball it doesn’t work,

How long did it last and how long does he want to play well- looked rubbish against Swansea but to be fair they all did.

I tell you a little secret we miss Matty James big time in the middle controlling the game play.

When he plays well city play well.
