we all did it when we were young, now we are old… it’s their turn…one day they will became old…tis just the circle of life… no real harm done, it’s a scuffle, not even a black eye
There’s a row of stewards between home and away fans at every game where the fans are in the same stand.
**** off with that, saw enough of Vardy yesterday. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
None intended, to make up for it I'll buy you a pint of the amber liquid next time I see you, or is that violet/grey liquid? The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Yes. I said we have a row of stewards between our home fans which you do not get elsewhere. And other places do not have that number in that photo. Some only have half a dozen.
If it is your usual choice of tipple than it will appear the same colour to him as what will come out when he goes for a piss.
The row of stewards between home fans have gone now, the grounds now full so no empty seats for fans to run into, they’re no longer required.
TBF they started off with a lot less than in that photo. More turned up, along with Police and "away" stewards once both sets of fans started with the banter. I think the stewarding has got better with letting people stand etc.
That goal was such an example of how simple it can be to score a goal. You can go on about tactics and performances and what we should and shouldn't do, but that goal was just a very well executed pass, touch and finish. Executing these basics consistently well is maybe the most crucial factor in a team scoring goals. We don't do it well enough often enough.
As there is such a long break can we have an argumentative point to discuss ? I’m pretty sure there are two culprits who could make it last for the duration and there’s a few more myself included who are willing to chip in Think of it as a whip round to keep us all occupied . Best method it to completely twist the first suggestion and off we go !! LOL
Loads of long balls (of a certain type) from both sides on Saturday. It's funny how the game is going this way. Teams like us and Leicester all want to play out, but if the opposition presses high and marks man for man, the obvious space is behind the defence so it becomes about creating space for a ball in behind for one of the wingers to chase, or even one of the full backs down the line after the winger has ran inside and dragged the opposition full back with him.
