We got one quick onscreen flash with no lines drawn and without them, their player looked off for the OG and Salah looked on.

 

I didn't see their goal, but Mo's looked way too close to call without the lines to me.

 

Their player did look offside for their goal,but as you say we only saw one crap replay.

Mo looked off to me......

The tie is basically over so no controversy really.

The still I’ve seen of Salah makes him look offside.

He looks ‘level’ but the angle is deceptive as it’s not straight on. You can see the 18 yard box is angled so the objects further away are appear further to the right than they actually are.

 

Yeh, nothing controversial. I would like to see the lines though when the check is over. There was no flag for either so without VAR, both goals stand.

I didn't think the DM role suited him - it was too restrictive - but he's really flourished since Endo's inclusion has allowed him more freedom.

nunez only scored cos the ball went throug the non existent keeper.

 

He's no #6, and some of us said all along to try Joe there to free him up before we got Endo, and while Endo was getting up to speed. I don't think a lot of people realise though how tough the DM role is - sort of the 400m role of the footballing world in that you have to be a sprinter and a middle-distance runner. Getting Macca to do it was like using a Ferrari to tow a caravan.

 

Why, what you got planned that more important than him playing against Man City...?
