That whole match was nuts. Atmosphere was the best I’ve been in at home for a long time. Gutted to not win given how we played and dominated but shoukdn’t be really. It feels like a win and Hudds got beat.

 

There would have been multiple deaths in the terracing if Cook’s overhead kick had gone in.

I was in an Irish pub in Barcelona watching the game. The gaffer came to speak to the two of us and spent an hour chatting to us. In the end, he sent us a free round of drinks. Happy days. Hand of God 2?. Absolute penalty.

 

It’s all been said. We absolutely battered them. Now let’s batter Boro. ****ing brilliant.

 

Boro have hit a bit form suddenly. No one really deserves to lose their place but I’m sure he’ll freshen it up again. Probably Willock and Dykes back in. Colback available too.

 

Lovely to have selection problems isn’t it. Have to say a shout out to the fitness team who have kept everyone fit at this stage of the season to enable us to have a wider selection choice for these crammed weeks. We need everyone!

Best game from us I've seen in years. What a day to do it - would've taken the stand off if we'd got the well deserved winner. But that is what we want to see week in week out. Brilliant..

 

I hate VAR for its involvement in niggly minor things. But when someone punches a certain goal off the line and escapes a sending off and penalty, that’s when it’s needed.
Though we’d probably have missed the second penalty too. I want Anderson to take the next one. He’s never wastes a ball. Love him!

 

Definitely did Stan proud tonight, cracking atmosphere. If Cook's overhead kick had gone in, the roof would have blown off. Good point, but deserved three after that performance.

 

Just got home - feel exhausted - what a great performance - if there is a single WBA fan who thought they deserved that they must be utterly deluded. Excellent performance from the lads.

 

We were calling for Andersen to take the pen. I have a bit of a man crush on him. What a player.

 

Agreed, The more I see of Anderson as a player, the more I like.

Not sure about the man crush bit though lol.

 

Home, exhausted happy but frustrated.

Of course Field scored twice against the Baggies
Of course Furlong cleared off the line.
Of course no one on the pitch or in the stands saw the handball.


But we played very well against a top 6 team in form.

We just need to do it again on Saturday.
Middlesbrough won tonight yes, but against 10 nen.

Come on Rs we need 3 points on Saturday

 

I know l'm late for the game & everybodys gone home but its great to see we continued on our way and at least got a point, well done team.
