Let's be honest the second Amad left we were considerably weaker than last season. We've been very lucky Clarke has been so good this season as last year I had him behind both Amad and Roberts. Without Clarke this season we would be heading back to League one my opinion of course but I'd love to hear a reasoned argument against it.
Poor again today, recruiting has been shocking for 18 month. Love the lad’s commitment but onein should only be a squad player not captain. The minute he was appointed captain he’s undroppable.

In 2-3 years he will be thrice the player and worth an awful lot more but let’s not forget that Jobe has done well as a 17-18 year old, his name and stature is a burden. I think he will eventually be a “steady” premier league player but we need good championship players now
This is giving us an insight as to where we are without JC DB and PR. If the first two move on, the pressure is on the club as it's relegation form at the moment.

I disagree. I think we’ve assembled a squad well designed for getting us out of this division - only not in the direction we wanted! But let us not forget the number of good players unavailable to us because of injury.
Ok can u explain to me how a team of players that played U23s last year for their clubs mixed with a few of our own talent can put a serious promotion challege ?
Nee chance. No leaders, no grafters. All good having individual talent but you need some grit in there to drag us through games and we’ve got none whatsoever. Those are the kind of ****e games that experience would drag us over the line in.
