Sometimes the better team wins, but there are days when the better team loses. Today was one of them. An early goal to the winners, some comic defending from Watford, but then they started to settle down, and for the next hour were the best of the two sides. They created half chances, but there was no one capable of finishing off the opportunities as they arrived. Those fans who hoped that Dennis would be the man to shoot us back up the table will have to rethink it. He was no better than the other forwards that we have seen this season. You might have expected us to give a team near the bottom of the table a bit of a beating, but unless we suddenly find how to convert our chances, that will not happen.
Sounds like Ryan Andrew’s dad is basically saying his son is being hard done by . Maybe a sign all isn’t well.
