I’ll reiterate my problem at the moment isn’t so much the ****e transfer windows, it’s how we are using the players we DO have.

I would be less concerned if we were losing games but developing players. We’re doing neither.

Mate it's their fault with Jobe getting games and the Dodds getting the main job. All Brum boys.

No good. Needs some proper leaders in key positions. Not spreadsheet analysts

yeh I think we need a couple of wins to be sure. And with no Clarke im less confident than I would have been. I don’t think our current side would get promoted from league one.

I mean if the spreadsheet analysts were making the decisions Aouchiche would be playing so don't say that.

Another perplexing performance. We look lost, devoid of ideas with no spark, slow and a lack of fight.

Quite what Rigg and Adil have to do to get games is beyond me

None of them players played first team football last season. And some fans still think weve added to our squad and made it stronger to have a chance of promotion. Beggers beliesf

Not a leader to be seen both off and on the field. No communication at all. Lost count of how many times players flicked the ball on straight to their defenders because they didn’t get a shout

This run of form is worrying. Some players are retreating into themselves. Ekwah was poor today, as was Hume, Seelt, Jobe (again), Rusyn, O9, Hemir. Formation was weird and it is looking a bit like the Dodds of his first spell innl charge. For me, KLD needs to tell Speakman to get a coach in now, even if it is a firefighter type, because this is unravelling at a rate of knots. 4 losses can easily become 6 and then we are in freefall.

I am going to grumblw about strikers again. We dont have one worthy of the name. Rusyn showed today his finishing is poor. Howey wanting the ball put in the box for Hemir but Hemir doesnt look like he wants the ball and he certainly is getting nothing from a defender like Hanley. It is such a glaring problem week in week out, they are just entirely the wrong players for this season. We have had 3 coaches this season, all let down by the recruitment. We need a coach who can now do some basic motivational stuff. We need to run more, we need to get more bodies in the box, we need to believe more. We need a massive uptick in tempo, in pressing and in basic graft. People say massive summer, this period is more imortant because if we scrape through only then we are so much less attractive. It is a plain fight to finish top 10. A change is needed to achieve that.

The model does not work without experienced players in vital positions.
Central midfield, striker, and dare I say goal keeper.

But thats nothing to do with analysts considering Jobe wouldn't be playing if data was being taken into account.
