Forget all the buzzwords, he needs to motivate the team, man management that’s what he needs to do. If his team talks are as lacking as his interviews it’s a wonder the players don’t nod off.

 

I find his interviews quite good, I couldn't stand listening to Nige, even though I liked him

 

Funny how we are all different, loved listening to Nige, he’d wind me up at times , but seemed to talk like a fan. This guy sends me to sleep, uses meaningless jargon.

 

LM gives me Lee Johnson vibes, he does mention not having enough time on the training pitch a hell of a lot, NP was never there apparently,

 

If last week was anything to go by, the less time they have there the better.

 

I like LM and his interviews...........Nige IMO always stated the obvious and he was the only person that understood football...always countered other peoples thoughts.....was good to start with but got tedious after a while...

 

I guess his experience gave him gravitas, he actually did know what he was talking about, he’d achieved things. This guy hasn’t, and to me just sounds like he’s quoting from a coaching manual, rather than forming his own view. Maybe our next head coach will be an artificial intelligence BOT, thinking about maybe our present one is.

 

We will see!! It's the modern way...Maybe Peps not to your liking either....If you watch Pep Guardiola "chasing perfection"...you'd probably say the same about him..
