Yeah, YouTube doesn't do it justice. Not even close. I'm mainly an away game man, but was fortunate enough that the Arsenal game last season was the home game I picked to go and see. Never felt like that before or since. Chelsea away last season was mint as I was down my the corner flag when all the players came over. But v Arsenal I was so pumped I could easily have been sick with excitement! Makes me a bit sad that the chances of witnessing something so extraordinary again are very slim.

I remember clearly when the commentator said 'Oh, Newcastle be Careful' when Feyenoord brought it back to 2-1, and the emotion in his voice when we scored the winner. Only saw it on tele, had the newspaper cutting on my wall for about five years afterwards.

Heh yer well I was 10 at the time. Had supported the toon for longer than that but my family is not big on football so it was always hard to get to matches.

    Beardsley v Brighton 1984

1 min in,i was right behind the goal and to chip Joe Corrigan was no mean feat as he was a huge man

    Ginola v FERENCVÁROS

nothing but pure skill and technique

my third fav is the one at 1m44s what ball control totally mesmerised the 2 defenders but there are other cracking goals in this vid from the genius that is Beardsley

i'm sure liverpool fans and everton fans as well as our fans will back me up on this (and no i'm not deluded) i honestly believe that pedro is the best player i've watched live and was one of the most under rated players ever as he imo was right up there with the greats.

i also believe that is why dogleash dropped then sold him as he saw him as a threat to his best player at the dippers ever crown

was a cracking game and a cracking goal the man would always make my top 5 players of all time if he was at his prime this day an age he'd be in the same bracket as messi granted he probably wouldn't be playing for us but the guy was just mesmerising to watch that goal in the 3rd vid his ball control is awesome

I grew up idolising Beardsley but I didn't even know the half of it until I saw some of these videos online a couple of years ago. Absolutely stunning player, easily in my top 5 of all time too. What we could do with a genius like that in our team today....

Well in going to be really ****ty and not give 3, or an order. Joint first would be Tiote vs Arsenal, and Bellamy vs Feyenoord (I was in tears when that one went in). Then I have a three-way tie for third spot between Albert (chip vs United), Shearer (side-foot volley vs Villa) and Solano (outside of the foot vs Everton).
