That would be good if so, i'm not sure where we stand with the option in the deal - can we reject it if they match what was agreed?
I can't find the article I read, but I think that there was an element of speculation in Germany about the 'fee'. Wagner never made any comment about such a fee.
Well I'm sure we didn't disclose anything about fees and most likely requested Dusseldorf to do the same. It's curious that there is no mention of add ons or sell on fees. Meanwhile, high praise is being heaped on Abu Kamara on loan at Portsmouth: https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/a...ply-must-test-norwich-citys-transfer-resolve/
Portsmouth have got no hope of signing him, If we don't get promoted he'll be playing in yellow & green next season.
Idah scored twice today as Celtic came from a goal down to win 1:3. A half-time substitute, he got the equaliser, before giving Celtic the lead in injury time https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/football/68361368 The two photos and their captions are spot on!
More praise for Abu Kamara: https://www.pinkun.com/sport/norwic...ls-norwich-citys-abu-kamara/?dicbo=v2-sD5OBJI
I really believe that Idah is a quality player, or does it say a lot about the standard of Scottish Premier League?
The speed of reaction for the winning goal v Hull in the first match of the season, and the imperious fashioning of the winning goal away v Bristol City, bespeak quality, but .... as yet, these moments are too much of an exception. He has all the physical attributes, so if there's a lack, it can only be something in his head? My impression is that Celtic fans are seeing much the same, so likewise are yet to be convinced. If he were able to dispel that scepticism and become a Hoops favourite before the season's end, it might just be the making of him.
https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-norfolk-68417522 Shame for him, I hope his time in the academy has helped him get other skills that will see him have a good alternative career
Our U21s got a good 2-0 away win against Leeds tonight in spite of being without Aboh, Welch, Lima and Montóia who are currently with the first team squad. https://www.canaries.co.uk/content/under-21s-claim-win-away-at-leeds
Interesting that Montoia has now been added to that list. I guess that was in case Sainz card wasn’t overturned and we played both Gianoulis and McCallum
Looking further I see that Montóia and Lima have both been injured, so that may not be the case. Aboh and Welch could be involved however and this and subsequent games could provide a chance to give them game time.
Bradford City boss Graham Alexander full of praise for Jonathan Tomkinson: "He's got massive potential. He's been in our team regularly now for a few months, when both he and Ciaran Kelly didn't play much prior to that. But we just saw the attributes the two of them have, they're really quick, mobile and they're both competitors. With JT, he’s still learning the game, but he’s really open to learning about it. Whatever we challenge him with or talk to him about, he takes it on board. As an athletic centre-back, there’s none better than him."
