I'm blown away that in what is one of our worst seasons in ages, at the bottom of the championship, we're still selling out Loftus Road.
So this on FB from someone called Gavva Andrew: My Rs faithful. I have some very sad news to bring you. 14 year old Ollie Rafferty sadly passed away after his brave fight with cancer. My thoughts and love go out to Lisa Kelly and her family. They are a part of our extended QPR family and as such I want the entire ground clapping and singing his name on the 14th minute at the Rotherham game. Please spread the word and tell all your friends and family to get involved in this tribute to Ollie. RIP Ollie, our Rangers boy. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image UuRrSs
I'm not old enough to have seen him play live, but know how much I missed out. The whole game takes on a whole new dimension, and I'm glad Sinton is at the club to explain to the players how important Stan is and why they need to win for him.
From memory the last time Stan was at HQ was against Rotherham back in 2015 when day was marked Stan Bowles Day..... and we smashed them 5-2..... Can we have more or the same tomorrow please.....
Have to focus on the football not fear the worst. We can beat most teams in this division when we play instead of stepping out cautiously to avoid losing. Lots of form indicators which perversely suggest we'll lose this so go for it and don't worry about the consequences. Patterns are not set in stone and we have to break through what is a psychological barrier at some point.
This is more of an, on paper, easy three pointer. We aren’t good at these or six pointers. Now you’ve got me trying to think of wins in genuine six pointers. Even in the Warnock promotion season we were shaky over the last six games or so.
Because I’ve got an hour to kill. In the relegation season in the 90s we beat Southampton 3-0 at home. Very six-pointery. Someone will remember it.
