As much as i read, more than i write, can you please stop highlighting certain words in bold letters. It makes everything seem 'in your face' while i am reading it.

I wouldn't have thought referees would be going out to cheat teams out of points. There is a saying 'that a ref is as good as his linesman.' Besides, i quite enjoy the poor decisions on a football pitch. Keeps football interesting. Would have nothing to talk about on the way home from games if they got 100% of everything right! Hopefully goal line technology is where it starts and stops. Slowing up the game for replays would make the game we love extremely dull.

Let the refs make their mistakes. It takes alot of confidence to be a ref these days. Must be hard getting judged doing your job every minute you are doing it.

Thank you for your vote in favour of unfairness ( no apologies for emphasising the point - hence the reason for bold print ) I don't actually think that you meant it as a vote in favour....... but as an acceptance of the situation ( as I have begrudgingly done .) .... and, yes it does provide me with something to talk about as I complete my 100 mile trip ( just to see a home game )
