When buying a ticket online and is coming up filters don,t match what does this mean.
I am a registered member and I am now over 65 and would like to buy the cheaper option. However I do not want to continue if the filters do not match and find I cannot get in. Do I need to set the filters and if so how do I do this? Or does this mean I need to click on the higher price as that particular location is for the higher price only. Hope this makes sense. Thank you

If you have turned 65 mid-season then it's likely you won't be able to buy cheaper tickets until next season. My son is 16, but can still buy u16 tickets this year. Assume it refreshes each season

You can as long as your date of birth is correct on your account. I was 65 in November, and now get OAP away tickets and got the OAP price for my seat for the Mags game.

Ok thanks for that. I have just bought it any way. As I am almost 70 and someone else who is no longer going to the matches, used to by my tickets for me whenever he was in the area.
Even though I didn,t enter any search filters, they didn,t match my search filters, what ever that is. However I was still able to buy the ticket at the lower price and is now in my wallet on my phone. Hopefully I can enter the gate ok. If not perhaps I can go to the ticket office and pay the difference. Fingers crossed
Thank you kindly for your quick response.

Too late for you, marra (<sorry>), but, as mentioned on Sunderlad's 'Up for the game' thread, I have two spare tickets for tomorrow's game if anybody fancies utilising them :emoticon-0148-yes:

I'm the same age as you and it's a ****ing palaver all this! However,I'm pretty sure that it'll scan your wallet and let you in without any age query. Fear not!

Absolutely love the way you good lads help each other.

Much better than reading you all fighting with each other.

Yes it's a forum with opinions

Yes it's a forum with different opinions

Yes it's a forum for people who are upset with bad results and bad club decisions that we don't all agree with....

But, as my late mam used to say..........Some times, when you're not expecting it - Life can be so sweet
