He'll be on a decent wage. I'd get rid.

Unless something hits the fan like Rosenior leaving, we'll get high quality loans again next year if in this division. Probably from the start of the season this time too.

We're No.1 in the trusted clubs for the big guns' jungen

Nothing wrong with the tactic, it usually works smoothly. It's the evaluation of the risk I suppose I'm questioning.

I think the Seri one you're thinking of was a little different in that he was a bit further up the pitch and didn't have a man up the back of his jumper! He just played a crap pass to the RB.

Don't think LR would leave us for them if brighton did become available i would hope not i think he would like to finish the job here and take us up and he also atm he has the full support of everyone at the club and the supporters, hopefully he would all that on board.

He's onto a pretty good thing here. Not many young managers get the trust and backing he's received. All things given, I suspect he'll at least give us another season.

He is becoming the sort of appointment most clubs would like i think, but would he have the support he gets from Acun.

I think you're dreaming lads. If Brighton come in for him he will be off. I don't think they would though. If he got us promoted maybe, but even then you'd think they'd want someone with top flight experience even if it's not in England.

Thought our pressing last night was exceptional all round the pitch, and Carvalho, Omur and Slater in particular were quite exceptional. So much about our performance last night was brilliant that it seems slightly churlish to complain about anything - but!
Just don't understand bringing Traore on at the end. There were so many options available to help ease the pressure and see the game out (Connolly, Doc, Sharp) so why bring on someone who has looked unable to compete at this level all season and hadn't had a minutes Championship football since I don't know when. Can only think Liam wanted to make him feel he is still a part of the squad - but it nearly cost us.

I'd guess it was for the energy in midfield, and his passing is generally much better than Doc's!

Giles is as good as our player. Omur is essentially Fabio's replacement brought forward six months. Zaroury, Morton and Delap need replacing, all of whom I mentioned, along with a Rb to replace Christie. Connolly will likely have his deal extended as will Jacob and the rest are reasonably expendable (Covil is a funny one to include here).

Indeed we should which is why I said a cm or two. I think 6 incomings before we factor in Philogene or Greaves departure is fine.

I suggested pre season Brighton was the biggest concern to losing LR as I think it's just about the main club he'd leave us for.

That's true, but the real issue was that for once Smallbone was alive and got tight to Seri, which casued the panic and mistake. They managed to get tight a few more times and Seri went down to take a foul.

Like it or not, it's a tactic that works. It draws out the opposition, it creates chances to attack, it's a risk that's worth the reward.

There are some that want us to play handbrake-off buccaneering football across the pitch, except when playing out from Allsop to Seri when we have to be super-safe. It's incoherent babble.

Traore's getting a bit of stick on here for his misplaced pass! Yes he gave the ball away but there were a good dozen moments after that where City might have got the ball back before the goal. He had a decent attempt at goal at the other end and then got the ball back to Philogene who also had a goal attempt saved so I don't think he deserves to be strung up just yet.

Watching us in that first half was a thing of beauty. At times it reminded me of Starling murmurations, the way our players moved as a unit around the pitch, it was incredible to watch. Proof, I think, if anyone needed it, that Rosenior really is the real deal. Exciting times indeed.

Of those three none have the ball control and movement Traore has IMO , Sharp maybe a bit slow , Doch pacy but a bit limited on the ball , Connolly doesn’t keep the ball unless running on goal he does get brushed off it more than I would like , actually he dies get pushed off the ball a bit too , but I like all three - it’s just the situation in the game .
