The 8 wrong letters were more of a help than hindrance but still lucky to get a 3 as there were several options. Fortunately it wasn't a weird word and just went for one I hear a lot

A par 4 which I'll take after the last couple of nights one letter shoot outs.

Par 4 here as well. Will take that, struggled a bit tbh.

Another par for me as well. Recovered from quite dire early rounds.
    - one yellow,
    - two yellows,
    - three greens in the middle.

Birdie. Had two words in mind for the third guess and went for the right one.

    Par 4 today
Juicey, 2-1 to the juiceys, thought I had my birdie but picked wrong first letter, left a simple tap in for my par.

Another flightless one . . . . the middle Hughie, that & two juicies (one that was obviously to become the first Hughie), then a nice one from a choice of only a couple gave me a lovely view :emoticon-0100-smile

    Par four from Spain

    One hughie (middle letter)
    Add a juicy
    three Hughes (2nd,3rd, and 4th)
Easy put - only one word as far as I could see

How we are at Wembley I have no idea. Completely outplayed by a L2 side for 90% of the game and nick it in the 91st minute. Honestly, the game was painful. Had to apologise to all our guests who came to watch. Just as well a curry, wine and starter was thrown in plus pool to make it an enjoyable evening. Feel sorry for Brad C team and fans. Should have been their night and their Wembley. Final could be very embarrassing. I feel I should score a 7 tonight

Must be Wycombe's lucky night. Got it in 3. Was a bit of a tap in with those 2 greens and the yellow telling me where it should be

Got it in 3 again. The Hughie on the second guess was very significant. The Wordle Gods are with me at the moment!
