I just thought it was odd/interesting that you cared so deeply about hulls absence of trawlers, while I don’t really care what people say about my city.

A little known fact about Southampton: it’s economy once depended on its thriving scarf making industry, hence the scarf in our badge.

To be honest, I thought only our blue fishy friends got upset with fish puns.

 

Ok ok I apologise to our Northern friend for my ill informed innocent comment ignoring Hull's lack of a fishing industry since the Cod Wars.

Their forum is full of nutjobs, and they are are an angry bunch, went on there about 4 yrs ago and **** me they're a deluded bunch. We're a bigger club than Leeds, even though they've only spent 5% of our existence above us in the league.

 

I'll admit to being ignorant about that too. All we do on here is fish puns and cheese puns, so I hope we never play a team from Cheddar or Switzerland
