It needs a refresh. You have to adjust when the evidence tells you things aren’t right. Doesn’t need a massive redirection but 4 windows of failing to deliver a centre forward is an indicator.
Congrats to all of you who crucified Beale before he got started, before the last 2 games his record was won 4 drew 2 lost 4, not outstanding but not crap. The last 2 results, Pato cocks up v Huddersfield, game lost. Against Brum Hume commits a foul near touch line, instead of standing in the way of them taking a quick free kick he walks away with his back to the play, they then are free to take the free kick launch it past Hume who is in no man’s land and score the winner. So how can anyone put the blame on Beale when pro footballer defenders behave like amateurs. I was never a Beale supporter, but it looks like he has been let down badly by **** defending.
It's a slight tweak to the model, no way should we go backwards. There has to be balance between the existing needs and the future
Pressure leads to mistakes, especially with young lads. Whatever view people take for him being there the tension it created won’t have helped anything.
We are all entitled to our opinion but, for me personally, watching the videos provided, I can't see how he couldn't see him, or hear him as Hume said something to him, and the step away at the last second is the final giveaway.
Wasn’t arsed with his appointment, couldn’t understand why he was appointed. Didn’t change my mind with his performances which were on the whole crap. Not arsed he’s gone not one tiny bit arsed. Overall a D- from me. Must do better with our next appointment. Much better.
It was social media that did it, nothing to do with his coaching, poor misunderstood underpaid bloke didnt have a chance, his social skills are brilliant, ask any Rangers supporter. Bloody social media eh?
Personally, I think if you looked at that incident and thought that Beale did it on purpose, you need your eyes testing. He stepped back into Hume's path, which you wouldn't do if you were intentionally ignoring someone. I think if you're offended on Hume's behalf, you're deliberately looking to find fault with Beale. And I think if you would be bothered by that incident yourself, you must have an ego made of egg shells.
I can't believe that he has been sacked/released just because of the results whilst he has been in charge. They are similar to Mowbrays last games in charge, but he had been coach for over a year. The performances of the last 2 games were poor, particularly Huddersfield but I believe that things behind the scenes must have deteriorated, culminating in the Hume saga. O9 did the same thing as Hume, by turning his back on the free kick, so has he confronted Beale by asking would he have been treated the same way? Have the players got together as one? I know there is a lot of supposition but I believe that the decision isn't just results based.
Nowt wrong with my ego. But he stepped away from Hume not into his path, so I think we know who needs his eyes testing.
You think I am? But you would think the data specialists at the club should have realised something wasnt working. 3rd in a 2 horse race isnt a good look
As I am, unfortunately stuck in Wales with work and it's the only entertainment (apart from the 2 couples in the bar who are mortal and providing great entertainment)
