Let's be honest, we are miles away from being ready to go up. This squad, even with a few additions would get absolutely slaughtered in the PL. Sheff Utd levels of torture.
Glad it's all over now. It was clear to see he was the wrong man from the start and more than likely a panic decision after Will Still didn't come. Let's hope Dave Jones has nothing to do with the next appointment. Heard he was the one who recommended Beale and was the initial point of contact
I like everything the club I work/volunteer for posts. Simply because I'm a member of staff. Means nothing.
Dodds pretty much has a free hit this season...but if his future ambitions include being a number one in his own right, his reputation/stock will only be enhanced with a good showing over the remaining games this season. He is fortunate the players are very much in his corner
Do the coaching staff come out of this run of games blameless, they must have staff meetings tactics selection etc just a thought
You're absolutely right but that's irrelevant if you don't mind me saying. Here's a thought for you and anyone else to ponder ... ... how many clubs, outside of the parachute regiment, are actually ready for the Premier League? Here are this season's contenders ... Ipswich, West Brom, Coventry, Norwich, Hull, Preston, Sunderland, Watford.
Just trying to catch up with the thread as I'm grafting. Looking at how fast this has happened, the players lack of ****s given against Huddersfield and Birmingham make sense. The Hume thing probably final nail as at the time I said on here a public mugging off will not have went down well with the rest of the players.
