LM got it wrong with Leeds but learned and changed for Southampton.
I think we'll get something this weekend at Sheff Wed.
It's the next home games with Cardiff and Swansea that we'll find out if LM's learned and able to change from the QPR/Millwall games.

Naive !, he was shocking, for someone who’s supposed to study tactics to the enth degree, he was terrible. The players were poor because they were set up wrong. Hopefully he’s a quick learner.

One of the things that gets me is that the QPR result was predicted by many - we all knew deep down it was going to happen, whilst quietly hoping it wouldn’t.

I said it was a banana skin game and lo and behold we capitulated easily to a team that we should have beaten based on our recent form.

It gets me as well, everyone knew what was going to happen, and yet we weren’t prepared for it, he’s meant to be a bright young coach and yet there was no plan to counteract it, why?

Sheffield Wednesday won at Millwall last weekend while we lost at home to QPR

Wednesday are doing well lately and could and probably will cause another upset on Saturday afternoon.LM needs to get his team selection spot on and change a lot quicker if it ain’t working. He has a very strong bench these days.
Nigel bench could not even be filled when he was in the job.

when a player is new coming back from injury it is often good practice to get him bonding with the team and seeing first hand how they play together and if the result is in front by a couple of goals or a couple down .....maybe? ... give them 15 mins or so!

I was an on the fence when LM came in have been with all replacements since SC. Reason is who they replaced had done reasonably well at getting us to the top half of the division until the apple cart was upset by either an event ... or a key player sold out under their feet .. or a mass of injuries.
I am still on the fence but more inclined to be getting over it as opposed to just sitting there or giving up hope!
I wont give my list of the last 5 managers one was a pair! but LM is currently no 4 = !
