I'm torn on whether I'd bring Manning on for Jack or just switch Jack and KWP over. I don't like moving KWP to the left but he's definitely best equipped to deal with Wallace.
I’d definitely switch them. Wallace looks to cross deep as well and Stephens is decent in the air to cover the back stick from those crosses. Wallace would do the same to Manning as he has been doing to Stephens I think
Good having Stephens height in the box for set-pieces. For all his bad positioning on the left (which Manning is equally guilty of), Stephens has made some important blocks/clearances.
Clearly you need to be an Irish dancer to avoid being accused of having your arms in an unnatural position. That Furlong can throw the ball a long way but I’m not sure they are legal as his back foot doesn’t appear to remain on the ground - he steps through onto the pitch.
Yeah, I probably agree. The downside is losing KWP's threat down he right which is what I'm torn over.
You mean the new handball nonsense that all the managers and pundits say they don’t understand? Because I don’t understand them either and it wasn’t deliberate or intentional and his arm was exactly where I would expect it to be given his movement
What exactly does matter? Lets not criticise a ref for making a sensible decision which I’d expect at either end
Brooks for AA with Mara moving centrally wouldn't be a bad choice. Absolute terror on the counter if West Brom persists with this "having possession" nonsense they're trying.
