He sprinted from right back area away from the celebrations didn’t he. Might have been 15 minutes injury time if he hadn’t!
Which then tied up Morton, so hasn’t had his best games while he has been away. Seri in there gives him more freedom
I find Spurs very entertaining, I prefer the more chaotic football with lots of movement, dribbling, short passing, and just overall spontaneity. I guess it’s probably an issue with football overall becoming less entertaining rather than specifically Roseniorball. There are managers that go down the chaotic route but they’re pretty rare.
Even the national Daily Mail have covered the goal from last night see below ….. If Jaden Philogene can only convince the dubious goals panel, he may well be in the running for the next Puskas Award. The Hull man's outrageous Rabona equaliser here was bizarrely credited as a Cameron Humphreys own goal after taking the slightest of nicks. Philogene deserves to be awarded it for his glorious improvisation, having nutmegged Ollie Rathbone, cut back inside from the byline and deftly wrapped his pink boots around the ball to loop it home.
Agree, also we watch and analyse it far more than we used to so imagine the small amounts of flair we recall from decades ago to be greater then it actually was when the game was filmed less.
Can remember moments like this as a young un years ago in Kempton when only a wooden partition separated us from the Likes of Sheffield Utd. Great days.
The atmosphere at home is improving all the time. It's like night and day when you compare it to last season. There are pockets of fans who sing in most of the stands, and all join in at other times. Sometimes we do need something to get behind but that will always be the case.
there’s no way on earth football is better to watch now then it was early naughties to the late 2010s.
Went last night, really enjoyed the game, thought Ohio took his goal well, played the ball off well and made some decent runs into space, I think his hold up play with his back to goal needs to be better, he lost it 3/4 times when he had to be stronger, (Welcome to big championship Center backs who will pull and drag you all over the place). Something he has to get used to pretty quickly but so pleased he got the winner.
As it deflected towards the goal and still only hit the post to go in it'd suggest the initial shot was off target.
In the Championship? It absolutely is. VAR might colour people's thoughts of the top league but that's nothing to do with the players and ability.
I’m going to take my lad to more away games. Only the second one this season, same outcome from the same position. Blackburn away 2-1 win Rotherham away 2-1 win
I can see it deflect upwards, but what angle from the Tv pix shows it deflecting towards the goal? I hope he challenges it if he can.
It 100% was off target watch that video I posted last night from the stands, can be seen clearly it’s just going across the box and the glancing header changes the direction by about 20 degrees and sends it into the goal.
to be honest you’re entitled to an opinion but I can’t get behind it, wasn’t really referring to the champ though more a generalised statement.
