Love the spot on the referee being a coward by not giving the free kick on Roberts until he saw ba being barged down in the box. Goal from the free kick
I loved how their 'crafty game management' when the Forshaw injury backfired on them Their manager showed his inexperience in allowing the player to make the decision when it was clear he would have to come off. Beale would've had pelters if he'd done that. I also enjoyed seeing another side to Mumba, sulky little brat.
Good analysis. Very good infact. He just be at min of Uefa B qualified or work in performance analysis.
I'm the opposite tbh mate ... ... I never want to see the face of Bart Simpson, or whoever, in case I hate them
Enjoy those, good to have commentary that actually educates rather than the usual you get on live games.
So did I at first, took me most of the video to realise it wasn't. Good analysis, it's useful to hear someone who really knows what they're talking about. My respect for Beale and the players increases the more I understand the tactical depth he's employing.
From some of the comments you hear at games this must be like witchcraft to those shouting 'push out' 'press' 'get it forward' or whatever their favourite catchphrase might be. On the highlights you can hear someone shout 'Clarke, man up man!' seconds before he wrestles the ball away from Mumba and smashes the ball in off the far post I don't always pretend to know what's going on at the game, too tense, but I do watch the whole game back and try to open my mind ... ... this is on a different level though, I'd never have picked up on how we try to tempt midfield players into ambushes. I'll be watching for that tomorrow
I always get caught up in the moment. Everyone sees something slightly different depending on their perspective. Up to recently, match reports didn’t hold my attention, usually full of cliches, inaccurate or contradicting my own experience. This lad, however, sits down and analyses every match, backs it up with hard statistics, offering insights that keep my admittedly short attention span going right to the end. The effort that goes into each one must be tremendous.
