    cheers again RTB...

another decent game, almost felt like we are getting back to last season, midfield looked far better than recent games, although roberts was well off the pace and ba looked like he did not know which position he wanted.

dan neil very good today, onien just keeps proving me wrong for saying he is not a CB as him and ballard improve game upon game.

officials, can not say they were good, got a few small things wrong but nowt to change the game.

    dan neil gets my MotM.

beale might just be getting his thoughts across...rest of this month could be interesting.

Seeing Beale wipe a tear away today when we applauded for him made me see another side to him today, and i felt quite emotional for him.
Im really glad we got the result for him today.

ONien is a big part of how we play mate. I wouldnt be taking him away from Ballard personally, they look a match made in heaven. I think he is what we used to call a players player. Every teammate wants him in the team, because he is the cement between the bricks.

I said, a while back, that February would define our season ... looking good so far.

Buzzing after that. Some second half performance. All of our big players stepped up, Neil and Clarke in particular. Jobe and Rigg are exceptional. Back in the top 6. Well done Beale.

Hopefully he's realised that all he has to do is win games.

It's not the 24/7 powderkeg like Rangers where you have to aggressively defend yourself all the time.

I spoke to a few rangers fans last week they all thought he’ll come good here given all he has to do is coach

It should never have come to the point where he's emotional about being accepted, should have been backed universally from the start, good that it has happened though. Good on him.

I remember one particular goal, when he first emerged, where he let the ball go across his body, outside the area, and smashed it into the net ...

... I don't recall the opposition but I can picture the goal, I expected more but he usually skies them these days.

I can understand his appointment might not have been everyone's choice but there was no need for all the personal stuff he had to put up with.

    Once again, gaffer nailed it.

Good changes at good times, good setup.

I’ll bet the ****ing usual whoppas were all over the facey groups and that at half time, when those who actually go or watch games know we were playing well.

He is doing well now, we are doing well now. Really ****ing positive.

There never is mate. Personal abuse is never acceptable no matter who it is. Questioning the bloke for his tactics etc is one thing.

No comment because ive also been negative and i dont think you can shoot people down for being disheartened especially with the shock sacking of Mogga who lets be honest we all thought was a top bloke and a father figure to our young players, to then replace him 2 weeks later with Beale.

The fans had every right to voice an opinion but i think the majority of fans have moved on now and accepted it for what it is.

Brilliant win, that. Second half was absolutely excellent - subs were spot on too. Played with great intent. What can you say about Dan Neil - that boy is outstanding. Get in.

And that's what the vast majority were doing - questioning the tactics.

I still have questions over his team selection and tactics mind. We looked well off the pace first half with Roberts on the right and Ba in the middle, it meant they could double up on Clarke again…just like when he played Pritchard on the right.

Can’t see any reason for Ba not starting on the right other than trying to shoehorn both him and Paddy into the same team. That’s bad tactics and if he hasn’t realised that Ba isn’t strong enough to play there he never will.

Anyway the result is what matters today so will see what he does next game.

I make that 3 games in a row where changes from the gaffer have heavily impacted a positive result.

If we take Hull out, when we were awful, the we are certainly doing alright.

Still the same **** being spouted on Facey groups, I couldn’t resist a gander.

Some bloke posting mid game saying ‘if we lose this I won’t go back until Beale has gone’

Clearly not there already. We can all see a change in the tide with the bloke l, and we can all see a change in the fellas public persona and confidence.

Genuinely delighted with what I’m seeing. Even the Boro game, to effectively no show and his changes essentially steal us a great point, that’s what he’s there for.

i have always stuck by my thoughts that he should be first name on the sheet, but he got himself into a habit of grabbing hold of attackers and shoving them around, most of that stuff tends to happen but he was getting a lot of attention from officials...i think he has taken a lot of that from his game and kind of 'stepped up' and i would be gutted if he was not on the sheet.
