The problem is, as much as you may hate Tucker Carlson, he is absolutely correct about one thing. Western media is nothing short of state propaganda. Proper investigative journalism is dead. Almost all of the media in the west is currently trying to amplify and exacerbate the situation with Russia into a full-blown war. In much the same way that they are doing all they can to cover up Israel’s war crimes, they are doing all they can to drum up anti-Russian sentiment. If anything your posts further make me want to hear what Putin has to say. If he has his head set on conquest, I want to hear him say that. I am sure the interview will contain mostly lies, but I want to hear those lies and judge for myself. I do not want to be led to war by bureaucrats and their mainstream media stooges based on fabricated events and gossip. Which is where things are currently headed.
Os, we live in a world where the internet exists. Everyone is now a reporter. We also live in the West, where the freedom to speak your mind is enshrined in law. We live in a society that accepts preposterous words - however grudgingly - and even lies in an effort to preserve that sacrosanct freedom. Tucker Carlson is a liar. His own LEGAL defence to the fact he lies? His lies are so egregious and so numerous that nobody would ever expect he was telling the truth. https://www.npr.org/2020/09/29/9177...s-tucker-carlson-tells-you-so-say-fox-s-lawye Don't look to him for "investigative reporting". All he wants to do is self-aggrandise. If you can't hear the man telling you he is a liar, then I guess you deserve to believe what he tells you. Sadly, we live in a world where "keeping an open mind" and "seeing the truth" and "investigative reporting" are all ways of saying: You need to believe my nonsense and if you don't then you are ignorant. Putin is a warmonger. In 18th century standards? A warmonger. 19th century standards? A warmonger. 20th century standards? A warmonger? 21st century standard? A warmonger. Tucker Carlson's standards? All round nice guy. I am actually dating a Russian and she knows Putin is a lying, Machiavellian, cruel and selfish despot. How come you haven't noticed?
Great post, although you didn’t need to post it 3 times! I suspect your wise words may not register where they were intended though.

Man, you need to wake up man. Get your eyes open, man. I told you before, man. You know it, man. Get your eyes open and your ears peeled, man. Be awake, man. Be an awake man, man. Not a trans man, woke man, man. None of that being woke up, man. Be awake, man. Awake.
I just started a long and very funny response to this but I have just realised my work server may not pick up the irony
I was, before retirement, a leading proponent of ITW. Don't deviate from your targets more than necessary to address minor issues.
You’re projecting massively here, as usual. You haven’t even seen the interview yet somehow you are able to predict its contents. For all you know, he could ask extremely hard-hitting questions which change your opinion on the whole scenario. (I don’t think he will either, for the record). But the fact that you are so eager to dismiss an interview like this before it happens shows that you are deep in propaganda yourself. Censorship is never the answer. Seeking interviews with him is the right way to go in my opinion, so I can judge how evil he is for myself. Yo want live in this childish fantasy world where “Putin = evil” “tucker = liar”. But that’s not how the world works. Bad journalists can create world-changing content. Evil dictators can be good and correct on certain topics. By dismissing this sort of content in the way that you are, you are limiting intellectual discourse that could change the outcome of the whole story.
