.....who would you like to play and why?? Even though I'd love to shove one up Judas Pearson's money-grabbing back-side, I would so love to play The Shyte, simply because I beating the Chumpions of Europe would be so sweet!!
Fully agree, and what an atmosphere. Maybe a bit of rumble as well as banter, but I am sure we can look after ourselves!!

Imagine all the Hull Whites coming out of the woodwork after our promotion to the big time. I'd like it to be Nottm Forest in the playoff final if Leeds made it. Decent rivalry with them, they'd sell out their allocation and at least if we lost, a decent-sized, interesting club would get back to the Premiership.
Have to agree with you here DJ, the sweetest victory yet probably the worst defeat to take. My Leeds supporting friends still haven't let the 4-1 result drop yet so christ knows what they'd be like if they won the play off final. Mind you, they do get stage fright when it comes to these play off games! Think I'd go for Leicester for obvious reasons but think a final against Cardiff would make for a big crowd, and England V Wales feel to the occassion and I guess we can class the Smoggies as a local(ish) derby with not as many fans around to put up with as TWS should we lose the game.
I actually think the smaller teams are the one to worry about. I would imagine Cardiff were thrilled to draw Blackpool in theirs.
Didn't Burnley beat Cardiff the year before too? And I guess you can look at ourselves and Bristol City as the so called lesser names overcoming the bigger names. Obviously this will change over the season with regards to form, but if the season finished now with ourselves, TWS, Boro and Cardiff in the play offs, I think we'd be the most unfancied side out of that quartet, which knowing the Tigers suits us fine!
I'd take Coventry, we'd probably win. I'd love to beat Leeds or Leicester in the final but the build up would be pure nerves about if we lost. I know far too many Leeds fans and with the amount of Leicester idiots on here this site would be a no go area for as long as we stayed in this division. The 4 teams in there now all stand a genuine chance of finishing there, the problem is what happens when Birmingham catch up? They're in a false position at the moment and as soon as they're out of the europa they'll be 100% league focused.
There's only two games to catch up at the moment and one of them's us in a week. They'll have less games in the second half of the season than in the first because they won't be in Europe, plus they won't have all the travelling to Eastern Europe to worry about
I'd love to take on TWS in the final. It would be the ultimate "**** or Bust" game. Win and we are forever Yorkshires top team. Lose and we'd never be left alone to forget it. So many twats in Hull support that shyte it's unbelievable...my brother in-law included (****).
yeah, but all that travvelling etc there doing now, will probably catch up with them..there probably not feeling it now, and playing on the excitement and adrenalin, but as the season goes on, the extra games and travelling there playing in europe now, could soon start to hit home as the championship matches come thick and fast
We've seen with Stoke what playing in Europe can do, Birmingham may also suffer the same problems. Then again, they may not. There is always a couple of teams though who fade away into midtable after a good start. Derby look to be one of those teams (even if there form was only over the first 10 games) but not sure who it would be out of the others up there. I guess Palace would be the obvious suggestion but we could also see Boro, Cardiff or one of those expected to be up there fade away.
