Rangers finally paid their most recent bill before being taken to court this morning.

"However, you have to laugh at the comments on Follow Follow. Here is a flavour:
If I was a client of a law firm willing to take someone to court over 1,260 pounds, I would be concerned. Cash flow must be a real issue for them if they are chasing such small amounts! Or they are seeking some free publicity.... "

"don't know why people are getting wound up, Whyte made it clear that he is checking over every single account from the previous regime, if he isn't happy with it then he is going to challenge it. "

"More pathetic journalism from the BBC. Less than 3k - not even newsworthy."

"Taken to small claims court for a sum of £1260? How the f*ck is this newsworthy? "

"Cheap publicity for the law firm. Any of their clients with amounts outstanding between £1000 and £2000 will probably be worrying and paying up sharpish."

Surprised they didn't accuse the firm of being anti-British taigs what with the name and all.

Rangers fans have frequently shamed Scottish Football. Now its Rangers finances.

It was Rangers who were taken to court, not Craig Whyte.

Rangers rather than pay bills or their taxes decided to spend 4million on Jelavic , that is why Rangers deserve every punishment that comes their way

If it's any consolation, I found this funny - but then I found Trevor's 16p quip funny, as well.

(We need to stick together, Rebel, hence this public show of support. We should start a support group for people who's jokes generally bomb on internet forums. The trauma is near unbearable.)

My jokes don't go down well at the best of times.

A mate of mine is a comedian. He never drinks before a gig.....except this one time at Christmas. He began to panic the more drunk he got. He became convinced he'd forget the gags. I put a bunch of Christmas cracker jokes in his top pocket and said "If it starts to go badly.....use these".

The worst cracker jokes in history got the biggest laugh of any of the comedians on show for the entire evening. There is a place for bad jokes Psycho, there is resistance to i.....but they love em really.
