When you said there was interest from us away from KM what direction were we looking in that’s if you’re ok to point this out
wast me that mate was someone else, like i've say i've heard hardly nothing this window just that we want amad and he's happy to come back and we had interest in the crystal palace winger
Agreed with this but regarding the bold bit - perhaps but not necessarily. Stoke, Swansea and Plymouth all wanted him and I doubt they were planning on putting him in the U21s. One has to assume they think he's ready for Championship football. I don't think he will immediately come in and start games by any means. But wouldn't be surprised if he was having an impact this season. Because he's had so many PL2 games he's probably more "ready" than Bennette, Mayenda etc
Sporting Director Kristjaan Speakman added: “We’re really pleased to have acquired Leo on a permanent basis, as he’s a player we’ve admired for some time. He possesses the ability to play three different positions in our backline, depending on the formation, and he joins us having already experienced the EFL Championship. We hope this will allow him to hit the ground running and help our team throughout the next 16 games, whilst also bringing added strength our squad in the long term.” I assume the 3 different positions are left back, left centre back in a 3 or centre back in a 2. Rather than right back
Nobodies seen him play because he’s barely kicked a ball if he can’t get a game in Belgium and they’re offloading him 6 months after signing him what makes you think he’s going to improve us right now which is what we need. We’ve got any amounts of talent who already cant get on the pitch.
If you ignore the fact he's also a back up make shift left back ; "big ball playing centre half" sounds great doesn't it Leo said: “It feels great to be here and I’m grateful for the opportunity. I spoke to my dad, who showed me the size of the club and the support, and I knew it was a move I simply I couldn’t turn down. I’m a ball-playing centre back, or left back, and I like to get up and down the pitch. I’ve been at some big Clubs previously and this has helped me develop as a player and as a person, but I’m now ready to push on and take the next step.”
@Spurs_fan17 Mundle is one of the brightest talents that spurs have produced in recent years. He’s not spoken about enough because we sold him so early, and we didn’t sell him due to ability but because he wanted to play first team senior football. He will destroy the championship. #SAFC
Dont think he settled in belgium, hes a very talented player thats ahead of the likes of mayenda n jewi at the minute. He wont start games immediately but thats not a bad thing, he 100% improves our squad Was a standout in the u21 league last season, def needs to improve his decision making but the main thing i look for in a winger is can they beat his man 1vs1 - this boy can do that for fun, rapid n great ball control
he's a winger and a lw we aren't going to get a winger better then clarke we don't have any other winger to come on and replace clarke he's very highly rated and it's and exciting option to have he's leaving them because they are really struggling financially
