I was praying they would lose sick of seeing and hearing about her and her over exaggerated celebrations

I'm baffled why the Lions didn't take the 2 field goals inside the 49ers 30 on fourth down .
    Especially just 3 points down

The coach lost his nerve. Take the 3 points when you can get it.

Now the stinkin' 49ers are in another Super Bowl. Ugh.

Poor decision making, too aggressive from Detroit.

    Yep it's crazy .
If it's a regular season game then fair enough you've got time to recover .
But to not take a game tying field goals is nuts you never know if the opportunity will come again as I see the NFC north being hard next season

I went to the allegiant stadium last year to watch the CONCACAF Nations League finals last year, it is a fantastic stadium, I’d go as far as saying it’s probably in the top 3 stadiums in the world. The noise inside can be deafening.
It also just happend to be the weekend of the weekend of the Golden knights Stanley cup parade, seeing that many people lining the strip was unreal, Vegas is definitely a huge sporting city!

Is it one of the 2026 WC stadiums?
I know the final will be in the MetLife in NJ, and the opening game will be in the Azteca...Can't wait for WC 2026.

i was surprised but it’s not, apparently the field dimensions couldn't meet FIFA requirements, they would of had to make too many changes to the stadium. I don’t understand this when it’s already hosted major football(soccer) games

MetLife is also a great stadium and be a great final there whoever plays in it

I’m still gutted and pissed off that our local government in Alberta F*cked our chances of hosting games in Edmonton even though the commonwealth stadium is the biggest stadium in Canada, BMO in Toronto is a terrible stadium and is going to need a lot of upgrades to make the standard, BC place isn’t too bad bad the US and Mexico stadiums put Canada ones to shame!

I've flown over the MetLife on the way into Newark, NJ, and also the one used by the Philly Eagles. Both awesome stadiums. Shame they're not using the one in downtown Toronto used by the Blue Jays...I guess the field is too small. I'm surprised in a way that Canada has only 2 stadiums...and I think they're playing 13 games there, but could be wrong.

You are correct, Vancouver got 7 and Toronto 6. Montreal pulled out because of costs, Vancouver even pulled out but came back in at the last second, Canada has a few nice stadiums like the ones in Winnipeg and Regina but they are too small for WC and would need more seatings.
Canada and Mexico were only going to get 10 games but it went upto 13 when they increased the groups back to 4 as it means more games!
The commonwealth stadium would of needed around $108mil spending on it for the WC and the Alberta Premier demanded at least 5 games one been a last 16 and at the time Canada wasn’t even going to get one, the daft thing is the stadium needs most of the work done to it anyways in the next 5 years as parts of it is falling apart!
Im sure I read somewhere it would of been the first stadium to host Men’s, Women’s and U19 world cups, or something like that!

You make good points there...My uncle lives in the Niagara area on the Canada side and I have cousins in Toronto. One who lives on West Bloor St next to High Park. Hopefully, if England make it I'll be able to get over to see them and take in a couple of games...if England play in Canada that will be a bonus. I note that the Azteca will be the 1st stadium to host three opening world cup games. Never been there, but gather its a bit of a crap hole these days.
    PS...Cousin Mike lives in Vancouver.

The stadium has held football matches and will hold 3 Copa America games in the summer.
    Seems strange .
I know the Sofi stadium s pitch isn't big enough .
You'd think they would know these things before building .

I think they have to remove some seats in the lower bowl to enable the pitch to be big enough
