While I don't think Giles is being held up just to announce with others, I also don't particularly care as everyone needs to be announced before the deadline for Millwall so it'll be done.

This would be the second time in his career he has been signed by a club on a free transfer in the summer and loaned out 6 months later in the January transfer window. At this point, he's just a cast-off.

Lokilo isn’t very good, but we are desperately short on the wings, even with another coming in we probably need him as cover. Jarvis hasn’t/isn’t even getting the chance to take the opportunity whilst we’re light.

Just seems nuts to flood the team with central players and have **** all really in the wide areas.

Omur and carvalho can and do play on the wing, no matter how many times you post to the contrary. Between them and this other winger plus Philogene that's four options for the wide positions plus Traore, Tufan and Slater at a pinch.

We played Tufan on the wing so that Carvalho could be central. Think that’s all that needs saying about that.

We don’t have Omur and he’s said to be a central player anyway.

Unfortunately he's not good enough and seems to have very much been a punt given I suspect he's a low earner within our squad. It hasn't worked out and its not simply a lack of confidence. All the best Jason in wherever your career takes you.

Tufan played up top so not sure it says what you think it does.

This touch map for Carvalho against Sunderland doesn't look particularly central.

    He's said? By who?

Why doesn't Jarvis get a chance? I just don't understand this as he has a nose for goal. Was good in the U-21s last season, no? He certainly looked good in the play-off semi against Millwall. And then his loan to Shelbourne was considered a success. Curious.

One to cross off the winger list.

Stating that the negotiations with the national football player Abdülkadir Ömür, who is out of the Trabzonspor squad, continue positively, Ilicali said, "Our contacts with Abdülkadir Ömür continue. Thanks to Trabzonspor President Ertuğrul Doğan, he helps a lot. Abdülkadir wants to play abroad, and also Abdülkadir has a lot of support." "I think he will be transferred for a certain amount, he has the potential to be transferred to other teams. We want to complete this transfer with a high share of the next sale within Trabzonspor. We want Trabzonspor to win as well. Negotiations continue positively, but we have not signed yet. We are not considering any other transfers from Turkey," he said.

Acun Ilıcalı stated that they met with Fenerbahçe's English football player Ryan Kent, but they stopped because they could not see the player's wishes, and said, "As for Ryan Kent, this issue is important; desires, appetite, desire to play are important. Abdülkadir has this in Ozan's name anyway." "There is also a fan favorite and he became a fan favorite. We could not see this appetite in Ryan Kent and we turned to another football player," he said.

I really thought he would get given an opportunity in the cup, and then on the bench in the league given how light we are there. The stars had aligned for the lad really and given the way things are going with incomings it’s unlikely a space will ever open up for him here again, even for cameo roles.

He certainly has done everything to deserve a chance so unless he’s clearly pretty **** in training and never going to make it (in which case why extend his contract recently), can’t understand it either.

Letting Lokilo & Allahyar go even if we do sign this other winger still leaves us short. And I'm fed up with the 'solution' to be to play central players in there as it ****s up how we play

Rosenior does. Why not keep Lokilo around till the end of the season. Hopefully he won't feature much but at least he's a natural winger
