As I've booked the the 13th Feb off to go to Bristol City match I've also booked the 12th off so i can watch the Super Bowl on the Sunday night.
Awesome, enjoy! There's nothing quite like watching the super bowl, it just feels like such an event Until last year I worked in the education sector so of course I couldn't book time off whenever I wanted, however I still watched it. I would just take a tactical nap on Sunday evening between about 7 and 11 (though I'm not convinced I got much sleep in that time as my body clock objected) and then be dead on Monday. This year I've got an office job and I booked super bowl Monday off a while back. I'm so excited! I won't need to worry about work the next day for the first time since 2014 nor will I need a tactical nap, I'll be able to watch the build up! And this is the one time I won't be praying it doesn't go into overtime (I still rather it doesn't, but I wouldn't mind much if it did)

Mahomes and Kelce obviously did not get the memo that Ravens at home was a certain win. I thought however that the Chiefs DL were outstanding, Jackson made so many escapes when the pocket collapsed, but it was obvious from halftime onwards that the Ravens OL were outclassed.
Jackson keeps his rep as a choker then. Chiefs find a way to win again despite not being great in the second half, the defence was very good. Got a feeling the Lions will win the second game
They would have done if they hadn't thrown it away. Although the pass from Purdy that hit their player's face mask and fell straight into the hands of Aiyuk was somewhat unfortunate.
As you wrote, if feels as if the Lions threw it away, particularly when they chose not to take the opportunity to kick those two field goals. They then put too much pressure on themselves late on when chasing the game and dropped catchable passes... shame for the Lions not getting to their first superbowl.
