Imperative we do not bring in a CDM who slows us down. The old fashioned CDM is evolving I think. Less need for tackling and heading in the modern game. Much more need for reading and blocking the pass. Then being able to link defence and attack quickly. If we get one who is quick minded and footed I am ok with that. My guess is Neil will be away in the summer, then we have a major replacement job to complement Rigg. Happy to wait personally, unless the main target is available.
