That's fine. That's on them mate. I take the rough with the smooth. I make my opinions known and I stand by them. If I am wrong in the wash, then that's cool.

Anyway mate, I'll be celebrating the win.

calling individuals out isn’t on. I do agree there are some who seem more prolific in their posting when we lose but doesn’t mean they prefer it. And calling them out when we’ve just won just isn’t on, IMO

Only seen him in the 18s and 23s to be fair myself but he stands out a mile, so similar in style to Clarke but loves to get to the byline and flash one across the 6 yard box with his left, a fox in the box’s dream

I watched him when he was 15 and he was class. A bit old school in the sense he just attacks players with pace

At the start of last season i mentioned that he was clarkes double in terms of style of play, its even more true now

    Unreal talent imo

Well, that was well managed and by that I mean the gaffer got decisions and timing right. Good on him, great for him.

Ba was quality, looked full of confidence after his goal and the reception when he went off was superb, that’s what he needs. DO NOT DROP THE LAD.

Seelt, what a ****ing pick up. Him and big Dan can be something special.

Honourable mentions to wor Jacky for doing his usual, then combining it with his unusual and looking for a pass, and the ever immaculate Dan, who was as always the driving force doing his thing.

    Delighted.

People take this far too seriously at times.

The club isn’t perfect nor is it ****e. Those who state the flaws have been correct plenty of times this season as have those who defend the clubs decisions and both likely will be for the rest of the season. Nobody on here wants us to fail just enjoy the win :emoticon-0167-beer:

Big improvement today, mostly down to the more balanced approach with Ba on the right.

Seelt looks a proper player, Jobe was better today.

I know it was gillinghams under 18s but he ripped their full back to shreds time and time again the other night, I knew what he was going to do, the defender knew what he was going to do but he was helpless trying to stop him, excited to see him develop

To be fair there is a regular pattern after games.

If we lose there's always a huge amount of 'told you so' posts and posters saying optimists are deluded and gullible.

They're not posting 'we're all Sunderland supporters so let's all commiserate together' ...

... but if we win they want to join in the fun and ignore the pre-match predictions of doom and gloom.

You can't always have it both ways mate.

And that's pathetic as well. Not everyone has the same opinion but to single a poster out after the result just to sort of gloat is ridiculous in my eyes. Today we enjoy the win, talk about the game, after a defeat its usually a bad feeling but should still be about talking about the game not targeting specific posters just because they were optimistic or hopeful and it didn't go that way.

True but I was just catching up and they were the first few I seen targeting a specific poster, wouldn't be my first thought after a good win. Anyway its a match thread so we'll get back to talking about the match :emoticon-0100-smile

Has Ba beaten Roberts season goals and assists numbers in one game today? Apologies if someone else has already

And yet you're the one looking for a fight based on your aggressive manner of posting. Only one of us is being ****ing embarrassing, and it isn't me.
