I have a link on my lap top to The New York Times website, which keeps asking me to subscribe , so maybe they are upping the anti, pure guesswork this on my part mind, and as you may have noticed I am good at moaning on other threads, but not that great at guessing on this one .
Wife uses her iPad and never gets asked to subscribe, I get it loads on my phone and just ignore it. Few years ago I had the same with scrabble and forced onto a site where there's adverts between turns when playing...drives me nuts but not willing to pay to avoid the adverts.
I use me iPhone and get the subscription request everyday but just by pass it but I can’t even get as far that,maybe something has kicked off in the states and the site has been blocked just a thought
I used the link on page one last night but took ages to get on. Just checked again and won't let me on. I've never had a subscription request though.
Eventually got on through google managed a 4 - 1 yellow - 1 green - 1 yellow 2 green - tidy 4 Only to find out I’d been logged out of here took over an hour to get back in hope I’ve missed nowt
